Is Illuminati real? If it is, it might not be what you think it is.

People nowadays get offended over anything very easily, because they think everything is fair, and everyone should be right because they have an opinion even if it leads nowhere, even if they know they are wrong. Their mind has shrunk so small that they can’t even push themselves to see the big picture anymore. All because of being kept in the illusion that they matter. You matter, yes, but not as much as you think you do. The fake encouragements that these advertisements make, they are not to help you out, they are just in order to make you feel good so you would like them and use the products they offer and make them money. You think you have a mind of your own, but you don’t.

We are getting so used to having a small world, a world where distance doesn’t mean a thing, still, there is no real closeness among people. We think we understand affection, we understand love, because we see them all the time on television and the internet. Holding hands, talking all day long, doing silly things together, forgetting the world, caring for only the people that matter to us, is how they show love, and this idea sits in our mind and we accept it. But in truth, real affection and real love is not about going after people who make you look good in the outside world, it is about having that soul to soul connection that would last even if you can’t show off to the outside world how awesome you are.

The glamour, the riches, the perfect look, these are promoted because they won’t be able to make money if you accepted that you are perfect as you are—simple, poor, black, white, it doesn’t matter. But they don’t want you to accept it. You need to be reminded constantly through these advertisements that you suck, you always need the products to feel good about yourself, you need them otherwise you are just a loser in life, you are no one if you don’t follow the trends, you are no one if you are not famous, you are no one if you are not cool. They create these thoughts in your mind and then come as saviours.

After they are done making you feel bad about yourself, they present you their products telling you they can help you to feel good, to not to let you die a loser, to help you follow trends, to make you famous, to make you cool—and does this strategy work? Do they make money? A lot, yes.

Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not against the rich businessmen, they are doing only the things they need to do for their own survival. Many years ago when the industrialisation began and people saw this huge opportunity to make huge money, some took the advantage of the opportunity and made the leap. It started as a way of helping people and to provide them a better life, but as the industries grew more and more, and they began to understand how the consumers worked, they began to strategize over how to keep the consumers more engaged to their businesses so that they can make more and more money. It started with a good intention, but soon it turned out to be a game.

It wasn’t hard for them to get control over their consumers because the common people, who are the consumers, are easily lured by the things that are bright and beautiful. After coming to this realisation, all the things that are bright and beautiful became the face of business. They have been using this strategy for several decades now, and it seems to be working just fine. People are actually lured by all the things that are bright and beautiful—it’s just that easy. And do people fall in the trap? Every damn time, yes.

There has been a theory going around the world which is not talked about in the open, if you do, you are an idiot. It is so because there is no hard evidence to back this theory up. But let me take the side by saying that: Illuminati is real. And Illuminati is not some secret organisation trying to have control over the whole world, Illuminati is a person. Illuminati is every single person who manipulates the consumers just for their own good. It could be the rich businessmen, or some low class scammer who doesn’t have anything to do with what products they provide or how they provide it as long as they are making money. They might not be aware of it, they might not even recognize themselves as Illuminati, but they are. They created a trap for the consumers and in the end, they became a victim of it themselves, they fell in it too.

The rich want more money, bigger house, more luxuries, more cars, better status, because they’ve got to stay ahead of the other rich people. Likewise, the middle class and the poor need more money, bigger house, more luxuries, more cars, better status, because they’ve got to stay ahead of the other middle class and the poor. This is a vicious trap indeed.

  1. Thought provoking article. While I agree a lot of what is happening can be attributed to companies wanting our money, there are darker aspects to it. The “powers that be” are performing, successfully, “social engineering” in every aspect of our lives. Controlling how and what we think is occurring all the time, from what we learn in school, to what the news tells is “really” happening in the world, to the wars that must be fought against the “evil” forces.

It’s like a zombie apocalypse that we were not expecting and most are unaware of. We, the people, are living, breathing, tainted vegetable eating mindless zombies, believing, absorbing everything being dished to us and kept coming dully back for more. Doing what they, the politicians, the pharmaceuticals, the big businesses and banks, etc want and need the zombies to do.
And yes, there is this “You need to be reminded constantly through these advertisements that you suck”, a mind set to keep us believing and following the lies.

Thanks for the follow, I’ll be interested in reading more from you, too.

    1. We sure are unaware zombies right now. But many people I’ve seen accept how the world is being directed even if they know it is not going in the right direction. Maybe it’s easy for people to be directed in any direction than to fight the flow and do the right thing. And that’s why it has become so easy for these people in power to easily engineer our society.
Thank you very much for your comment. I really liked your story, wish it were a bit longer🤗

  2. Good article. I think you are on to something there. We live in a world totally controlled and manipulated and it is rather obvious that it all has to do with the accumulation of money by a reserved few who eventually would like to turn the rest of us into their slaves…but wait, aren’t we already serving the masters?

  3. I commend you for a very well-argued article, well delivered and well written, but you are missing one vital point. The ‘They’ in it are us. We are the ones closing the circle of greed. It’s the Will of the people to want the things that We advertise, that We show as the next best product, the next great elixir of life. One person who commented on here spoke of the –the powers that be–that’s us again. Everyone on this planets contributes to this world’s eventual failure. And yes, you show it in your article; it’s that word greed again. Of course, industrialists will take advantage of the poor, but it’s ‘us’ who purchase those products, not some mystical being from another world. We are to blame. Illuminati, Freemasons, yes, they both exist and they work for each other if that benefits someone outside of their orders then fine. But they, like us, look after their own first.

    1. Thank you very much for your comment. It actually is greed that is driving the world in the wrong direction—their greed, who manipulate us for their own good, and our greed, who want more and more of the materials even if we know we don’t actually need them, but we want more.

  4. After reading your article, I did research on the Illuminati. By definition:
    il·lu·mi·na·ti
    /iˌlo͞oməˈnädē/
    noun
    plural noun: illuminati
people claiming to possess special enlightenment or knowledge of something.
“some mysterious standard is known only to the Illuminati of the organization”
a sect of 16th-century Spanish heretics who claimed special religious enlightenment.
noun: Illuminatus; plural proper noun: Illuminati
a Bavarian secret society founded in 1776, organized like the Freemasons.
    noun: Illuminati
Conspiracy theorists use the phrase to describe the elite of society controlling the masses in special cabals.
In your article, you add capitalists to this grouping. “Let the buyer beware” can be their catchphrase.

    1. Thank you very much for your comment, and I apologise for the late reply!
According to wikipedia, the name Illuminati is referred to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on 1st May 1776. The society’s goals were to oppose superstition, obscurantism, religious influence over public life, and abuses of state power. They wanted to put an end to the machinations of the purveyors of injustice. Later the name Illuminati was twisted by conspiracy theorists to refer to the plutocrats of our modern age. In the article, I’ve gone with the conspiracy theorists and given the term a definition accordingly.

  6. My dear, I’ll start provocatively. You also claim things to processes and positions. You also influence people. So if you do not think that’s right, stop it. I’m 64 years old, attention and that’s important now. I have had the opportunity to learn in my youth, to think simply. There was no internet and no social media. I consider this development to be manipulative and therefore dangerous. I let myself be influenced only by results, not words. I have many comments on these topics, but that would be too much. But one more thing about money. My cash in my hand is my last freedom I still have. And yes, I am aware that I too still play in the big game. I should not use the digital media. I know that editing, managing and managing huge amounts of data is not good for our environment.

    1. Thank you very much for your comment. The age before the internet and manupulation at large scale was a good time indeed, when people couldn’t be swayed away easily. I think it is still the same, people just need to have enough understanding to figure out what information is right for them and everyone too.

      1. I don’t think it is that easy nowadays. We are constantly surrounded by these ads and people who nicely make us believe life has to be exciting and best all the time. We get everything we want so easily that we are losing the ability to work for anything—and it is also making us depend on these manupulative influences. We can think about right and wrong but you can’t expect anyone to do the right thing when the wrong is way soothing than right.

  7. I like your perspective on the whole “Illuminati” debate. It takes the principle of an organized secret society cooperating to rule the world out of the debate. That idea never held water. This is not a world of any such global organized power structure. Humanity is and always has been a messy, loud, disagreeable rabble. None of us can get together long enough to have ruled the world for centuries as the conspiracy theorists claim the Illuminati have done. We just don’t like each other well enough for that – the wealthiest of us even more so.

  8. It is true, even the rich want more and more and are never satisfied with what they have. In fact, to further increase their already substantial assets, they continue to wage war on the poor. As they have done since the 1980s. Year after year they have succeeded in canceling the gains that the workers had made in the 60s and 70s. So while they can buy luxury goods, the others, those that have medium-low incomes, despite having a great desire to improve the lotus level of life cannot do it because their purchasing power has strongly declined over the last thirty years. Hence the anger and resentment towards left-wing parties that did not oppose this state of affairs with sufficient force. This is why people vote for Trump or Le Pen or Salvini.
Effects, not so collateral, of neoliberalism.
    Congratulations for jour website.

  9. You are very correct, so many are offended by nearly everything (to a ridiculous level). Reading this reminded me of something. A wise man once said, “If the world’s wealth was divided equally among the people, More often than not and with few exceptions, those who were wealthy or poor, would again be such in a short amount of time.” This may be so based on decision-making/how people utilize monies. It is my opinion, that in at least a few countries, that the poor have many obstacles that require diligently making wise decisions to achieve an improved livelihood, but they are not suppressed by a secret group of stingy aristocrats. After all, Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy’s was an orphan & a high school dropout! His is but one success story. People can climb from the depths of despair here.

    1. Thank you very much for your comment. I agree with you. Nobody is controlled by any secret group, everyone is just looking out for themselves, and everyone has a shot to reach the top. But the thing wrong with most of the people is that they like to paly victim. If people don’t show some self-control and self-awareness, they will mindlessly get swayed away making the ones making big bucks look bad.

  10. We must not harshly judge those who are passively controlled and manipulated by the Capitalist system. We are all indoctrinated from the day we are born and taught that this web of lies is the only reality. We are made to feel insecure and to compete with one another. It’s only if an event or misfortune puts a person outside the system and they become marginalised from ‘normal’ society that they may begin to see what a sham it all is. Most people go through life like children accepting that the establishment is concerned for their welfare and knows best. They believe change is impossible and that the way we live is the natural order of things. It’s easier for people to absolve themselves of responsibility, to hand over control to a power elite so they can continue to exist like docile sheep in a field. To open your eyes and see the horrors beneath the gloss of capitalism is a painful process. Far simpler to engage in the fantasy and just shop till you drop.

  11. Very interesting discussion. So glad I dropped by. I thank God every day of my life now I am a senior citizen that I was taught from the cradle to be grateful for each day of life and to be contented with what I had. To work hard but not obsessively and to love abundantly Firstly God, secondly myself and then all the people around me. (No exceptions even the obnoxious or deluded. All human souls have a destiny. They need to find it. Money surely is not the answer. Hope your day sings with JOY.

  12. An interesting post as are the comments… A good conversation starter… There are many like me who are not swayed by anything.. Maybe it is our upbringing/age… I live simply, at peace with myself and yes I have opinions…. Haha …formed by me and my observations they often go against the grain… I see the manipulations and weep sometimes… For mankind and for those who have been sucked in…. I get angry that children are still starving around the world that the poor get poorer and the rich even richer… Definitely a conversztion starter this post… Thank you for the follow 😊

  15. I’m grateful for the follow on my blog. I’m returning the favor because what you have to say is profound and insightful. We so easily buy into a world perspective, where appearance is everything, power matters, people are valued for what they can do for us. But life hasn’t been created to serve us. To make us happy. We’re here for a purpose, and connecting with the Lord to see how we can care for others, helping them experience acceptance and value no matter who they are or what they’re able to do is significant. I’m looking forward to hearing more about what you’re thinking.

    Bisous
